• رمز الإشعارات (Push Token)Push notification token — رمز تقني خاص بجهازك يُستخدم فقط لإرسال إشعارات حول حالة طلبك (مثل: تم تجهيز الطلب، الطلب في الطريق).a technical identifier for your device, used only to send notifications about your order status (e.g. order prepared, order on its way).

٢ كيف نستخدم معلوماتكHow We Use Your Information

• لتنفيذ طلباتك وتوصيلها أو تجهيزها للاستلام من المتجر.To fulfill your orders — delivering them or preparing them for in-store pickup.
• للتواصل معك في حال احتاج طلبك أي تعديل أو توضيح.To contact you if your order needs any change or clarification.
• لإرسال إشعارات متعلقة بحالة طلبك فقط.To send notifications related only to your order status.
• لتقديم الدعم الفني عند تواصلك معنا.To provide support when you reach out to us.

٣ مشاركة المعلوماتSharing Information

لا نبيع أو نشارك معلوماتك مع أي جهة خارجية لأغراض تسويقية. يمكن لموظفي المتجر المعنيين فقط (الكاشير، عامل التوضيب، عامل التوصيل، الإدارة) الاطلاع على بيانات طلبك، وذلك فقط بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذه. We do not sell or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. Only relevant store staff (cashier, packer, delivery worker, admin) can access your order data — and only to the extent necessary to fulfill it.

٤ حماية معلوماتكProtecting Your Information

تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم آمنة، وتنتقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). كلمة مرور حسابك مشفّرة بالكامل ولا يمكن لأي موظف — بمن فيهم فريقنا التقني — الاطلاع عليها كنص واضح. Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your account password is fully encrypted, and no one — including our own technical team — can view it as plain text.

٥ حقوق المستخدمYour Rights

يحق لك في أي وقت طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك، أو تعديلها، أو حذف حسابك نهائياً من التطبيق. للقيام بذلك، تواصل معنا عبر وسائل التواصل أدناه. You may at any time request to view your data, correct it, or permanently delete your account from the app. To do so, contact us using the details below.

٦ خصوصية الأطفالChildren's Privacy

هذا التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نقوم عن قصد بجمع معلومات من أطفال في هذه الفئة العمرية. This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children in that age group.
