١ كيفية طلب الحذفHow to Request Deletion

حالياً، يتم طلب حذف الحساب عبر التواصل المباشر معنا (لا يتوفر حذف ذاتي داخل التطبيق بعد). لطلب حذف حسابك: Currently, account deletion is requested by contacting us directly (in-app self-service deletion is not yet available). To request deletion of your account:

أرسل بريداً إلكترونياًSend an email إلى to sunlight.co.lb@gmail.com بعنوان "طلب حذف حساب"، مع ذكر رقم الهاتف المسجَّل في حسابك. with subject "Account Deletion Request", including the phone number registered to your account.
أو من داخل التطبيقOr from inside the app — عبر شاشة "حول ومساعدة"، يمكنك التواصل معنا مباشرة لتقديم نفس الطلب. via the "About & Help" screen, you can reach us directly to submit the same request.

🔒 لضمان أمان حسابك، قد نطلب تأكيد هويتك (مثل رقم الهاتف المسجَّل) قبل تنفيذ الحذف.To keep your account secure, we may ask you to confirm your identity (such as your registered phone number) before processing the deletion.

٢ البيانات التي تُحذفData That Gets Deleted

عند تنفيذ طلبك، يتم حذف ما يلي بشكل نهائي من حسابك:Once your request is processed, the following is permanently deleted from your account:

الاسم ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور.Your name, phone number, and password.
عنوان التوصيل / المنطقة المحفوظة.Your saved delivery address / area.
رمز الإشعارات (Push Token) الخاص بجهازك.Your device's push notification token.

٣ البيانات التي قد تُحتفظ بهاData That May Be Retained

لأغراض محاسبية وقانونية (كسجلات المبيعات)، قد يحتفظ المتجر بسجل الطلبات السابقة المرتبطة بحسابك، لكن بشكل مجرَّد من بياناتك الشخصية المباشرة (الاسم ورقم الهاتف) بعد الحذف. لا يُستخدم هذا السجل لأي غرض تسويقي. For accounting and legal purposes (such as sales records), the store may retain a record of your past orders, but with your direct personal identifiers (name and phone number) removed after deletion. This record is never used for marketing purposes.

٤ المدة الزمنيةTimeframe

تتم معالجة طلبات الحذف عادة خلال ٧ أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب وتأكيد الهوية. Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving your request and confirming your identity.
